So, we finally got the keys to our new place in February this year and reno works started in March. Welcome to our new un-done place! #payusintreatstoenter We’re really excited to move in. Come on, just look at our new improved view. How can you not be excited? #countingcarswillbemypasttimesoon Now staying at home won’t be as boring as it used to be! As our new apartment is a resale unit, there is a substantial amount of renovation works that needed to be done. Remember when we showed off our very own Identification Cards last year?  #wegotcardedforhavingalcohol Guess what? After almost a year, it was time to change ICs! And gosh, how timely it is as we could actually update our address to our new place! #youchangeICwhenyouhit30 #wechangeourseveryyear  Yap, My Pet IC refreshed the design of their IC tags and was really awesome to send each of us a new ICs! We were really excited to check out the new version! Wait Mummy, we should have the first look. #don’tcutqueuemummy #letusseefirst Showing off our new tags! #tryingtomatchtheexpressionofmyphoto We really liked the first version but agreed that there was room for improvement. Hence, we were really thrilled to see how the new ones addressed some of our earlier concerns. For one, it’s smaller in size and appears sturdy. So we needn’t worry that it might snap during rough and tumble. The tag now hangs horizontal (as opposed to vertical initially). Well, nothing much actually.  Mummy was up to her neck in her work for the past month and would much rather catch up with her sleep than blog for us. #wehaveaterriblemummy So, for the Nth time, we apologise for the lack of posts no thanks to we-know-who. #pointsourpawsatmummy Thank you for not giving up on us! On a good note, things are finally moving for us! After a couple of months of deliberation and multiple (really disappointing) meetings with IDs, Mummy decided to take things in her own hands and decorate/design our new apartment herself. #dieliaola #surenodesignsenseone #lookhowmuchfaithwehaveinourmummy Regardless of how the place turns out to be (fingers/paws crossed), Pecan and I are really looking forward to just having our own space once again. For my birthday this year, our dearest sponsors, Howlistic Life, showered me and Pecan ah ma with products from one of their new brands, Zee.Dog! #freethingsequalstohappymummy #yalaourmummyisacheapo #happymummyequalshappydogs We’re clearly too spoilt for choice! We decided to try on the harnesses for starters. Sam is wearing the Chewy Mesh Plus Harness while Pecan’s donning the Barracuda Mesh Plus Harness. Careful hor, I’ll bite like the sharks on my harness. #suddenlysomanly “Ah ma, there is a fly on your nose!” The harnesses were really comfortable and fitted us nicely.  (We both wear an S) We loved how edgy the Skull logo looked and it turns out to be functional as well – it helps hold the stitches together. While we loved the harnesses, Mummy noted that it might not be great for dogs that pull a great deal (aka Pecan).  #pecanahma’slifemissionistopullontheleashandbarkateveryone Nonetheless, these eye-catching harnesses will serve as great outfits for parties or outings. I turned SIX – My first celebration!

Well, if you think my birthday is just over like that, you are so so so wrong. #dontforgetmummyisobsessedwithmelor #mybirthdayisahugethinghor Lucky for me, the actual day fell on a school day! (I go to dog school at Puppy Colours every tuesday.) School started off as per normal. And that means hanging out with my classmates and getting into trouble . #happyfacesallaround After all the fun and learning, it was the best part of the day –  My birthday Celebration. Mummy ordered a rainbow cake from The Barkery.  #mummyisdabest #nowallmyclassmatesknowhowoldIam #iamyoungatheart While I am usually a red meat eater, Mummy decided to go for a lighter flavour and chose fish instead. Birthday this year is gonna be pretty exciting for me… because, it’s gonna last ALL week.  Well, kinda.  Mummy has planned activities for me from today onwards, till Sunday! #soexcitingcan Hang in tight to see how my birthday celebrations overfold. We already warned you that Mummy is on a shopping spree this month. For Christmas she said. (Remember?) So after pampering herself with the Torus bowl, she coerced Daddy into getting her a Petzi Treat Cam. To check on us while she is at work she said. #morelikesatisfyherstalkingtendencies #poordaddyburnanotherholeinhispocket And without even waiting for Christmas, impatient Mummy got around to unwrapping her ‘present’. Tsk tsk tsk. Besides the Petzi camera, an extra simple instruction sheet (a bit too simple to be honest) and two packets of Milk-Bone treats for starters are also included! #sonicegiveustreats #welikeitalready Pecan ah ma thinks that she’s cuter than the Beagle. #nocomments The design of the Petzi is extremely simple and great for tech idiots like Mummy. All you have to do is remove the cover and pour treats into the hole. #pourMOREleh  The plug is an US two-headed plug, so an adapter is required.  Simply plug it in and follow the instructions for setup. September 14 2015 was a special day. It was the day that the ancient one (aka Pecan ah ma) turned TWELVE. #omg #whatahugenumber #icanonlycounttoten As usual, birthdays in the Loo Lim Household are a big thing. Well, kinda, only if you’re the beloved furkids. The parents get zilch celebration. #spoiltbrats So, it was party mood all week! I’ve been handstripped before and was supposed to be quite accustomed to it.  However, it was Pecan’s virgin handstripping. Hence, when Auntie Sue Ann dropped Mummy an email about reviewing QuickGrab Fragranced Dog Litter Disposal Bags, she just couldn’t say no! #mummyisacheapola #anythingfreeshealsowant I guess it’s always fun to try something different out. #ifyougiveusfreecupcakeswewillreviewANYTHING As a pup, I used to have a habit of eating poop.  Not my own poop, but other dog’s.  And I loved mine fresh out of the ‘oven’.
