While we may not be the most sociable (or friendly) of dogs, we are very lucky to have been invited to many dog birthday parties. #thankyoufortoleratingus Each time, Mummy will flip the house upside down to find a post-it note or any decent card she can get her hands on at the last minute to scribble a well-wishes note to the birthday pooch. #soinsincerela #tsktsktsk That got her thinking.. why not create our very own personalised note card to thank our friends for inviting us! #shejustneedanexcusetoshoponlinela #poordaddy So she went on one of her favourite platforms – Fiverr to find an artist to translate her vision into actual note cards! Mummy always wanted a space to put all our barang barang and she even tried to incorporate it in our Senja flat previously. But since we only did a partial reno when we moved back from the states, there wasn’t much she could do at that time. #messieristheinthinghor #wegottoomanythingsla #notourfaulthor Hence, this was one thing she was very particular about when renovating the new place. It’s been a while since we shared photos of us having fun outdoors. So she decided to bring her camera along on our day out at Tanjong beach. Wheeeeee…. It’s a small doggie party! Yap, Juosta and Maneul from the Wooga gang came along too! #actuallyistheyinviteusone Oh and we met Li Bai the Spitz. #hisnamecrackedmummyup “Mummy, I hope you remember to bring my toy.” #addictedtorescuemissions Of course she did! Wondering where my usual helpless Monkey is? Well, Mummy, being the cheapo and lazy person she is, is against bringing the monkey to the beach. It’s too expensive to be swept away (when I give up) she says. DIY time: Dog-friendly Peanut Butter!

Mummy has wayyyy too much time on her hands these days. So, she decided to DIY more items for us! #heywearenotcomplaining Pecan’s wondering what’s on the menu today. #ahmathephotobomber Sniffing out the ingredients as we make a wild guess. #aiyathetitlealreadygivetheanswerawayliao Yaps, we’re making Dog-friendly Peanut Butter today! Yums! Mummy used to give us store-bought peanut butter. However, it can get a bit tricky choosing the right one as many of them contain unhealthy preservatives (especially xylitol) that can be harmful to dogs. So what’s the best solution for someone who has too much time on her hands – DO IT YOURSELF! #ourtummiesagreefully “Can we apply it to our favourite donut toy too?” #pecan’sstupidityisrubbingoffme #thisisaBADsign Mummy found a recipe online and modified it a tad. She added our favourite coconut oil to boost the taste and of course, for added benefits too. #ourtummiesagreeagain The process is as straightforward as it looks.  Simply put all the ingredients in a blender and blend and blend and blend and blend. Mummy is very particular about our day-to-day hygiene and health. One thing that she takes pride in, is how she manages to brush our pearly whites. Not just that.  She does it EVERYDAY. Religiously. #sheprobablywishesthatwecanbrushitourselves #sorrywedonothaveopposablethumbs PS: Ah ma got stinky breath, so I sit far far away. I started brushing my teeth when I was just a two month old puppy. We got busy with Mummy’s newest toy… a dehydrator! To be exact, it’s a Rommelsacher Automatic Dehydrator. This isn’t our first dehydrator. We used to have one that Mummy brought back from the states. Too bad for us, it gave way while it was chucked away in storage during our move. So, that gave Mummy a new reason to go shopping. #mouldyliao #mummyjustwantedareasontobuyanicerone There really isn’t many options for affordable dehydrators locally. Many of the meat dehydrators range in the high $700s.  #cannotaffordlor On the other hand, way cheaper ones are available on online stores. However, they don’t come with warranty and that kinda worries Mummy a little. Our home – work in progress!

So, we finally got the keys to our new place in February this year and reno works started in March. Welcome to our new un-done place! #payusintreatstoenter We’re really excited to move in. Come on, just look at our new improved view. How can you not be excited? #countingcarswillbemypasttimesoon Now staying at home won’t be as boring as it used to be! As our new apartment is a resale unit, there is a substantial amount of renovation works that needed to be done. Remember when we showed off our very own Identification Cards last year?  #wegotcardedforhavingalcohol Guess what? After almost a year, it was time to change ICs! And gosh, how timely it is as we could actually update our address to our new place! #youchangeICwhenyouhit30 #wechangeourseveryyear  Yap, My Pet IC refreshed the design of their IC tags and was really awesome to send each of us a new ICs! We were really excited to check out the new version! Hence, we were really thrilled to see how the new ones addressed some of our earlier concerns. For one, it’s smaller in size and appears sturdy. So we needn’t worry that it might snap during rough and tumble. The tag now hangs horizontal (as opposed to vertical initially). It’s no secret that Jack Russells require a crazy amount tons of stimulation to keep these terrors out of trouble.  That’s pretty accurate for the case of me and Pecan ah ma. #memorethanherofcourse #seeourinnocentface  To keep us out of trouble (well, me mostly), Mummy invested in a huge variety of chews.  From rawhide (yucks, we no like), bully sticks (smelly and yummy), antlers (which was a total fail – it was so hard that I didn’t give a hoot about it), you name it, we probably would have done a taste test on it. #wewonderhowourbelliescantahanalltherubbishmummyfeedsus #nocomplaintsthough #nowonderdaddypocketisquiteempty Honestly, we had way more options when we were still in New York.  Once we moved back, Mummy noticed that it was rather challenging for her to find decent chews for us.  Well, of course until we chanced upon… Chew Time! Our Yacht charter!

It was a long weekend and with long weekends come exciting plans! This time, we were heading out to a fun day at sea! Yap, Auntie J chartered a yacht for the whole extended family (thirteen two-legged ones and three four-legged ones)! We gathered at Sentosa Cove and waited excitedly for our adventure to begin! #tryingtolivetheataslife #thisiswhatourdaddycanafford It was a tad hot and pretty soon, we were both showing our ‘Asian’ eyes, no thanks to the glaring sun. #whyyoutakephotoalwayssoslowone #ourmummysucks We met up with Captain and he led us to the yacht.
