I turned SIX – My first celebration!

Well, if you think my birthday is just over like that, you are so so so wrong. #dontforgetmummyisobsessedwithmelor #mybirthdayisahugethinghor Lucky for me, the actual day fell on a school day! (I go to dog school at Puppy Colours every tuesday.) School started off as per normal. And that means hanging out with my classmates and getting into trouble . #happyfacesallaround After all the fun and learning, it was the best part of the day –  My birthday Celebration. Mummy ordered a rainbow cake from The Barkery.  #mummyisdabest #nowallmyclassmatesknowhowoldIam #iamyoungatheart While I am usually a red meat eater, Mummy decided to go for a lighter flavour and chose fish instead. It’s official.  I am one, two, three, four, five…..SIX! #hengIamonly6 #ifIampecan’sagethiswilltakeforever Happy birthday to me! Birthday this year is gonna be pretty exciting for me… because, it’s gonna last ALL week.  Well, kinda.  Mummy has planned activities for me from today onwards, till Sunday! #soexcitingcan Hang in tight to see how my birthday celebrations overfold. For starters, my very first birthday pressie – ta dah~ Aiya, the very obvious blog revamp lor! #ifyoumissedityoushouldslapyourself Pecan and myself are pretty impressed thus far! Ageing ah ma

As much as we would like to maintain that Pecan is forever young, we have to acknowledge that ah ma is indeed, ageing. #dengdengdengdeng #yalafinallyadmitsheisOLD Maybe not her craziness spirit, but her body. We started noticing that Pecan was shaking and trembling randomly at times over the last couple of days and that got Mummy worried. So off to the vet she went. And we came back with a diagnosis that Pecan ah ma is… Arthritic. #seelatoldyousheisoldliao #sosadhor #nowIamabitworried While this (relatively) genki ah ma is probably not quite close to going six-feet-under (fingers crossed!), her body is struggling to keep up. #ahmacannotbelieveiteither There isn’t much we can do right now except to manage her condition. On a good note, her pain episodes were not extremely frequent and her mobility isn’t too affected as of now. Yap, in case you’re wondering, Mummy’s shopping spree hasn’t quite ended. #poordaddy But on a good note, it is getting less costly. #andsowethinkla This is our ‘feel sorry’ for Daddy’s face. #nolorthisisourboreduntilcollectcowebsface Mummy was introduced to Fiverr by a friend who’s owns a startup and was looking for affordable design options. It’s actually a website that offers services and tasks with a starting price of just USD5! And boy oh boy, Mummy was hooked instantly.  Mummy’s addiction to illustrations isn’t something new. #aiyasheisaddictedtoallthingsdogrelatedla But honestly, most illustrations do not come cheap.  It’s no wonder Mummy was over the moon when she saw what Fiverr had to offer. #shehappydaddynohappy Mummy’s latest purchase: Kawaii Sam and Pecan! We already warned you that Mummy is on a shopping spree this month. For Christmas she said. (Remember?) So after pampering herself with the Torus bowl, she coerced Daddy into getting her a Petzi Treat Cam. To check on us while she is at work she said. #morelikesatisfyherstalkingtendencies #poordaddyburnanotherholeinhispocket And without even waiting for Christmas, impatient Mummy got around to unwrapping her ‘present’. Tsk tsk tsk. Besides the Petzi camera, an extra simple instruction sheet (a bit too simple to be honest) and two packets of Milk-Bone treats for starters are also included! #sonicegiveustreats #welikeitalready Pecan ah ma thinks that she’s cuter than the Beagle. #nocomments The design of the Petzi is extremely simple and great for tech idiots like Mummy. All you have to do is remove the cover and pour treats into the hole. #pourMOREleh  The plug is an US two-headed plug, so an adapter is required.  Simply plug it in and follow the instructions for setup. December is possibly one of our favourite months of the year. (We love Jan, August, Sep too!) Because… Christmas is around the corner! Turns out that it’s a special calendar to count the days in anticipation to X’mas!
