Those know me personally will agree that I am rather smart. Ho ho ho ho… #inotstupid On one hand, I would like to say it’s nature and genetics (but again, Ah ma kinda proved that wrong). On the other, it’s nurture.  Since I was a pup, Mummy has always challenged me to an array of dog IQ toys, and may I say, I got pretty good at them. #bhb #samwinspawsdown On the other hand, Pecan ah ma is stupid a little dense and doesn’t take too well to IQ toys. I admit. I’ve a slight phobia of Halloween. Whenever I hear that the day is approaching, I pee a little in my (invisible) pants. And the reason is totally man-made. You see, on my very first Halloween, when I was a mere adorable, cuddly little nine month old puppy, my horrible stupid mummy thought it would be fun to dress me up. So she went to the stores and grabbed me … this. Sam’s first media party – Wagging Rights Singapore

When Mummy received an e-invite for a media event of a doggie daycare, we just had to say yes! After all, it was my very first event as a guest. Wheeeeeeeeee… Though the invite was extended to Pecan ah ma too, unsure of what other dogs might be there, Mummy decided to leave her at home to be safe. Sorry ah ma! I’ll have fun on your behalf yo? Hehehe… So off we went to…. Wagging Rights! Located at Joo Chiat, Wagging Rights is a wellness destination for dogs that includes a full suite of amenities such as grooming, daycare, pet-sitting, a pet concierge service, and special programmes for puppies and lazy dogs in need of exercise (erm..sounds abit like me). #Iamnotfat #Iamjustbigboned And oh boy, this place is huge!  In fact, it’s bigger than our house! Mummy brought home some leftover dog-friendly food from a work shoot today.  And with some tips from Auntie Gwen, Mummy decided to spice it up for us! Using just some greek yoghurt, Mummy turned the leftovers into a yummy Greek Yoghurt Sweet potato, apple dessert, with cranberry toppings. Looking good! As usual, I wasn’t too pleased with the long photo-taking. #attitudesam And boy, it sure was delicious!  This is the best kind of food. Not only does it taste yummy, it is actually healthy! Yoghurt is actually good for our little tummies while cranberries are beneficial for our urinary tracts. #winwinsituation # We were rather disappointed after licking our bowls sparkling clean to learn that Mummy wasn’t gonna give us second helpings. WHY~~~~ And even our best begging faces failed to work their magic. On a good note, Mummy did cut up the leftovers of the leftovers, place them into several ice cube trays, pour yoghurt to fill them up and send them to freeze in the freezer.  For a rainy day she says. #PUI …

Belly up…erm.. we mean cheer up!

Mummy was having a shitty day at work.  So, ah ma and I had a quick chat to see how to cheer her up.  After some serious discussion… we decided… to offer Mummy a chance to give us a belly rub!  I mean..why not? Cheering up with two bellies up. #samthelousypoet  Of course, Mummy wasn’t too impressed but proceeded to give us two  pathetic  perfunctory scratches each before walking away. Oi. How can so rude. Introducing… Loo Lim Number 3, Bella! And so you think.. #yougotpunked #iamNOTsharingmyspacewithyetanotheroldlady We came across this adorable sweetheart when we popped by the Howlistic Life showroom to stock up on our Dear Deer kneecaps. Little Bella belongs to Auntie Pauline (the owner) and like us, is a Rough Coat JRT! And boy, was Mummy captivated.  Firstly, cutie Bella looks just like a combination of me and Pecan ah ma – she has my face and Pecan’s body! #iamstillthecutest And secondly, her temperament is amazing.  Although she is 11 years old (the same age of ah ma), she is calm and chill. Nothing like the crazy old granny we have at home. It’s no wonder Mummy was falling in love with her and kept offering to take her home. Pecan ah ma loves to cuddle with me.  But, to be honest, I’m not exactly on board with her on that.  #Iamnotintooldladies I mean… the weather is already so warm, I really don’t need another body warmer sticking to me.  And, her breath is just…. #menowantasmellyoldladywholovestodroolonme So, we came up with a brilliant plan – A Sam-inspired pillow!
